Welcome to World Fashion Exchange. World Fashion Exchange provides exclusive, invitation-only. WFX is a fashion-tech company that provides cloud-based software solutions (like ERP and PLM) to help other fashion businesses manage their operations. We specialize in developing and providing software solutions for the fashion industry. We want to use innovation to transform fashion businesses to enable them to grow fast with industry-leading technology that's easy for anyone to use.

WFX (referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," "our," and "World Fashion Exchange") is a limited liability company incorporated in India and have our headquarter registered office at Gurugram, India, at B-13, Infocity, Sector 34, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Agreement. Our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U72900DL1998PTC093807, and our registration number is 93807.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Club Rules (which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions) and Privacy Policy (which you can view here) (collectively, the "Terms") govern your access to, and use of, the WFX. website https://wfx-plm.com any services that we may offer from time to time (together with our website and our "Services"), and any other features or content (including any information, text, graphics, photos, comments, reviews, links, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on, or linked to the Services) offered from time to time by WFX in connection with the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Account Registration:

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on WFX.

1.2. Each phone number can only be registered to one account.

1.3. Do not re-bind the same wallet to another platform account, as appropriate action will be taken.

1.4. Keep your account and redemption passwords confidential. The platform will not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized access.

2. Platform Usage:

2.1. The system randomly allocates smart WFX data, and once allocated, changes, cancellations, or abandonment of data are strictly prohibited.

2.2. Any inappropriate use of the account will result in legal action.

2.3. Specialists must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.

2.4. The platform may require additional verification steps, such as identity verification or address verification, before allowing specialists to use certain features.

2.5. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend specialist accounts at any time, with or without cause.

2.6. Specialists must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account and using the platform.

2.7. Specialists must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system to receive more Smart WFX data than allowed.

2.8. Specialists must not share their account information, including login credentials and redemption codes, with anyone else.

2.9. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate a specialist's access to certain features or services if the specialist violates any of the terms and conditions.

2.10. Specialists must agree to receive communication from the platform, including message and notifications regarding their account and Smart WFX data.

3. Smart WFX:

3.1. Ensure that all Smart WFX are completed before you can redeem or reset your account.

3.2. Accounts with a balance of less than 50 Views cannot accept Smart WFX. Ensure that you have a balance of at least 50 Views before accepting any Smart WFX. The minimum redemption is 50 Views.

3.3. Smart WFX must be completed within one day of acceptance. If unable to complete within one day, inform live support immediately.

3.4. Daily Smart WFX may contain 0-3 ultimate daily data bundle.

3.5. Every ultimate data bundle will contain 1-2 ultimate data.

3.6. All exchange rates will follow the regulations of the platform’s financial department, and there will be different exchange rates every minute.

3.7. An upgrade on Specialist Tier Level will reward a Ultimate bundle.

3.8. Any delay in completion must be approved by the Merchant. Platform will calculate the amount of the delay fee to be paid according to the delay fee given by the Merchant. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

3.9. Failure to complete the data within the given time frame will result in the account being permanently frozen, and the amount in the account may not be redeem.

3.10. Accounts can only be deleted when they are completed and have 0 views.

3.11. Daily Smart WFX may contain random Ultimate Data.

4. Redemption:

4.1. Redemption of view can only be submitted once all the Smart WFX is completed.

4.2. You can redeem your earned funds on the platform, subject to certain conditions.

4.3. All daily Smart WFX products must be completed before redemption or resetting of your account.

4.4. Before proceeding with redemption, ensure that you have bound your redemption address on the platform.

4.5. Redeem your funds on the menu page "Redemption" interface. Click the "Redemption" button and input the amount you want to redeem and your redemption pin to proceed with redemption.

4.6. The redemption duration is within 20 minutes, and the redemption time is the same as the platform's operating time.

4.7. Redemptions can only be applied if the credit score is 100. If it is less than 100, please contact live support for details.

4.8. New specialists must activate their own account to proceed with the redemption.

5. Liability and Disputes:

5.1. The platform is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform or any Smart WFX data received through the platform.

5.2. Specialists are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary funds in their account to complete any Smart WFX data they accept.

5.3. The platform is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from the specialist's failure to complete a Smart WFX data or from any unauthorized access to the specialist's account.

5.4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any specialist suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity.

5.5. The platform may collect and use personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

5.6. Only one wallet can be used to transfer funds from one account, and the wallet address must be the same as the account redemption address.

6. Modifications and Termination:

6.1. The platform reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the specialist's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

6.2. The platform may terminate or suspend specialist accounts at any time, with or without cause.

6.3. The platform may charge fees for certain services or features, and specialist will be notified of any such fees before they are incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability:

This section of the terms is important and you should read it carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WFX and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any:

7.1. Loss to you which was not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breaching these Terms or otherwise failing to use reasonable skill and care in our provision of the Services;

7.2. Loss to you which was caused by the actions or omissions of any third party (including any third party to whom we may have introduced you);

7.3. Damage to your property (including data and digital devices), unless such damage is caused by our failing to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we will not be liable for damage which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage which was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place any minimum system requirements advised by us; or

7.4. Business losses, including:

(i) Loss of profits, sales or contracts;

(ii) Loss of income or revenue;

(iii) Loss of business opportunity or goodwill or reputation; or

(iv) Wasted management or office time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where World Fashion Exchange is registered.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction where World Fashion Exchange is registered.

We provide the Services for private use. Any commercial use of the Services by you requires our prior written consent, and our liability for such commercial use falls outside the scope of these Terms.

These terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under law.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using WFX. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
